The Board encourages the Superintendent to continue professional growth by being involved in professional organizations, attending conferences, continuing education, and participating in other professional activities.
The Superintendent shall arrange her/his schedule in order to enable attendance at various conferences and events.
The Superintendent may report to the Board after an event.
